Organisational Learning at UTS

UTS offers a specialist degree in Organisational Learning which will equip you to work in the areas of human resource development, management and learning & development in organisations. It includes of subjects from Education and Business, combining the UTS strengths of management and workplace learning. Students will study; management, business studies, workplace learning, communication and culture in the workplace, HRD training practices and organisational change, learning & development, and e-Learning. The HRD major includes a semester of work experience in the final year.

The BAOL may also be completed as a double degree with the BA International Studies.
