UTS: Education is an course area within the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences known for initial and continuing professional education of school teachers, adult educators, TAFE teachers, TESOL and language teachers, and for providing a range of courses in niche areas of education such as e-Learning, human resource development, organisational learning, and music therapy.

In today's rapidly changing world, qualified effective educators are highly valued by organisations and have an important role to play both in Australia and overseas. UTS aim to professionally train educators to the highest standards to assist in either launching a new career, in equipping for career change, or to enhance professional development in education.
Our courses on primary and secondary education and music therapy are delivered from the Kuring-gai campus, located near Chatswood and the beautiful Lane Cove National Park. Our courses in adult education, language literacy and numeracy education, masters courses and short courses are delivered from the city campus on Broadway.
