If you're unable to vary your enrolment on My Student Admin (eg. the subject you want to enrol in is not on your study plan), you can submit an eRequest online. No more paper applications of the 'Variation of Program' will be accepted at UTS: Education.
Class Codes/Activities
At enrolment you specified your class code or activity code. If you forget which class you are in, you can go to My Subject Activities. On the timetables website you can find out which room is booked for your class.

Course Structure
The Education Handbook provides information about your course including outlines,
course structures, standard course programs, assessment etc. A CD of all
UTS handbooks is available at the Co-op

Forms
Most forms that you will need can be found either on the Education Forms, Policies & Documents page or on the Student Admin Unit's forms page.
Further questions about your program
You should refer to the Education Handbook in the first instance. If it does not answer your question view the course contacts page.
Getting help with studies
If you need help with a particular subject contact your lecturer. For assistance in academic language and literacy contact the ELSSA Centre.
Recognition of Prior Learning
Complete a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) application
form (pdf) and supply certified documentation relating to your previous
studies or work experience. To assist the academics assessing your request,
enclose as much information as possible (eg. copies of transcripts as well
as Handbook information relating to the subjects studied). Decisions can
take up to a month so start early. Note - copies certified by a J.P. will
not be accepted. The latest you can capply for RPL is before the start of
your last semester.
Results
Your end of semester results will be available to you on an information line 1300 656 887 or can be accessed at www.uts.edu.au/onestop/studentadmin . For a hardcopy of your results simply print your results from the website.
Application for Extension of Time
Apply for a short Extension of Time using the form available at Education Forms, Policies & Documents. For a lengthy Extension of Time fill in a Request for Special Consideration form. A Doctor’s Certificate or a Counsellor's report must support your request for special consideration. Your subject lecturers will be notified of your circumstances as necessary and will take account of your request at the time of your assessment.
Student ID Card
New students will receive their student ID card at enrolment, continuing students will receive their card in the mail before semester starts. If you have lost or didn't recieve your student ID card you will need to fill in a Replacement Student ID Card (PDF) form and send it to the Student Info & Admin Office in the Tower Building, City Campus.
Taking time off from studies
You must have completed at least one subject of your course before applying
for leave. Fill in a Leave
of Absence form. To maintain your enrolment status, it is important
that you fill in a Leave of Absence form. If you take a period of time off
without completing this form, you may find you need to re-apply for your course!
Viewing your personal Timetable
To view your personal timetable, go to:- My
Subject Activities, enter your log-in details, then
click on My Allocations (located at top right hand corner of the screen). All
of your subjects are then listed for the entire year. You can view this as
a flat list or grid.
Time commitment
As a general guide students should expect to spend at least 6 hours study per week per subject. However this will vary from subject to subject.
Travel Concessions
Eligibility for travel concession is indicated by a symbol displayed on your student card. To be eligible you need to be enrolled in at least 36 credit points per year. You are not eligible if you are in business or full-time employment or in receipt of remuneration, excluding Austudy, Abstudy, Youth Allowance, scholarships, allowances and similar awards. You can apply for a student concession at your enrolment session.

Withdrawing from a course
There are other options. Would taking Leave of Absence help? What about withdrawing from one or two subjects? How about contacting counselling services. If you need a change, you could consider transferring to another course. If you still decide to leave your course completely you must fill in a Notification of Withdrawal form (available from http://www.sau.uts.edu.au/forms/index.html) before the HECS census date. This ensures that you are not charged for the following semester's subjects. When you fill this in you will not incur an academic penalty (ie. a Fail) against your record. Such a penalty could influence entry into future courses.
