Dr Holland has been involved in vocational education and human resources development for the past twenty years and has consulted heavily in this field. Prior to his appointment to UTS he worked for BHP, Metal Manufactures and was Senior Manager of National Human Resources with Ernst & Young.
Teaching Areas: Assessment, Program Development, Professional Practice, Evaluation.
Research Areas: Workplace assessment, competency standards development, performance management, evaluation of HRD programs.
